on Medicare. Why Dr. Lazar decided to take John as a patient, I

tumor is located. Showing us models of the brain, patiently
explaining every symptom J had and how it was connected to the

This is a surgeon who does not sugar coat anything but here he was
fighting for John. He has no idea that he was helping someone who
had lived and struggled through his life. John deserved to be
treated with respect. Dr. Lazar respected us without knowing
anything about us. He knew that we needed him badly and he stepped
in.
