Dr. Michael Bannon is a Board Certified Anaesthesiologist with
particular expertise in Neuroanaesthesia (administering anaesthetics
for Neurosurgical Operations) and Craniofacial Surgery for both adults
and children.
Dr. Bannon is a graduate of Wesleyan University (B.A.), Dartmouth
Medical School and Brown University's Program in Medicine resulting
in his attaining his Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree.
He served an Internship at St. Mary Medical Center (UCLA) in Long,
Beach, California followed by a residency in Anaesthesiology at
Massachusetts General Hospital. Dr. Bannon received Advanced
Anaesthesia training in Pediatric Anaesthesia at The Children's
Hospital in Boston as well as Cardiothoracic Anaesthesia at the
Brigham & Women's Hospital in Boston. He served as a Clinical Fellow
in Anaesthesia and then as an Instructor in Anaesthesia at Harvard
Medical School following which he entered private practice in 1991.
Dr. Bannon is a published author in medical texts and journals.
