Dr. Raul A. Guevara is a Neuro-ophthalmologist and is Board
Certified in Neurology.
Dr. Guevara graduated from the University of the Philippines, Manila
(MD 1990). He completed his Internal Medicine Internship at the Good
Samaritan Hospital (Baltimore, MD 1992) and a Neurology Residency at
the State University of New York (SUNY) in Syracuse, NY (1992-1995).
Dr. Guevara then completed two (2) Fellowships in Neuro-ophthalmology,
the first (1995-1996) at the University of Illinois at Chicago and
the second (1996-1997) at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
Dr. Guevara was the recipient of the American Academy of Neurology
Resident Scholarship Program (1995) and the American Neurological
Association Resident Scholarship Program (1996).
Dr. Guevara has authored multiple scientific articles which have been
published in different peer reviewed medical journals.
Dr. Guevara does not have an office at Neurosurgical Consultants.
